In cases of extreme weather, we will move lessons to a virtual format, being held online through our Studio AutoPilot portal. In cases of power outages or other circumstances preventing us from holding virtual lessons, we will cancel the lessons and work to reschedule those lessons on one of the days that we are closed for holiday breaks.
Are parents allowed to sit in on the lessons?
All of our teachers have an open door policy for parents
Is there an age limit for lessons?
Our private lessons start at 5 years old! For our interested students under 5 years of age, we have a group class called Music FunTime! Music FunTime is an introduction to music class where students will learn the fundamentals of music through games, group activities, crafts, and more!
How do I cancel my lesson subscription?
You can halt your lesson subscription from the homepage of the student/parent portal. There is a button on the home page that says “cancel lessons”. When you press this button, it will halt the next payment from coming out. The rest of the lessons for that month will be in good standing.
